KÖMMERLING 76 System, with a construction depth of 76 mm, is the best-in-class profile system, offering a thermal transmittance coefficient Uf = 1.1 W/m²K.

  • Enhanced burglary protection is achieved through specially designed steel reinforcements. The sash hinges are anchored through multiple PVC profile walls, while the frame hinges are fixed into specially reinforced areas designed for pull-out resistance. The system achieves a maximum resistance class of RC 2 (WK 2).

  • Outstanding weather resistance is ensured by co-extruded gaskets. The centre seal overlaps the sash by 4.5 mm, significantly improving airtightness. As a result, the system achieves exceptional performance against air, wind, and water:
    1350 Pa for a double-sash window with mullion (1576 × 2500 mm)
    1950 Pa for a single-sash window (1176 × 2576 mm)

  • Increased durability thanks to the use of Calcium-Zinc (Ca-Zn) based stabilisers.

  • The 76 mm installation depth provides energy efficiency levels comparable to systems with 88 mm depth.

  • Excellent value for money, as it offers technical features typical of premium 88 mm systems, but at a price point close to standard 70 mm systems.

  • Easy maintenance, thanks to the glossy PVC surface and integrated gaskets made from PCE or EPDM – grey for white profiles and black for coloured systems.

KÖMMERLING 76 AD, like all Profine systems, is fully recyclable due to its eco-friendly Calcium-Zinc (Ca-Zn) formulation and is GreenLine certified.
